if you are wanting a catted midpipe and long tubes.....I would say go with the packs, it sounds so good with a catted pipe and packs are proven power. They have been proven on this site as well as the corral to give anywhere from 7-10 to the wheels as well as 15lbs or so of torque. SLP, I haven't seen any dyno numbers anywhere. The sound isn't clean. Again this is a personal preference but if I were in your shoes and going the catted route I would go with the packs...The only reason I didnt' get them is because I have an off road pipe. Best of luck.

Stallion98gt- I just listened to your clip. With a catted pipe the slp actually doesn't sound bad. I think that the packs sound better imho but that is just me. I have only heard slp without cats until now and it sounds horrible, as does the packs with an offroad pipe, with exception to the prochamber.
