Main Computer Harness Question

I'm doing a 4 banger conversion, I have a 89. Having a hard time finding the harness with the dual dash plugs, all seem to have the single red connector/airbag stuff and relocated fuel pump relay, I have seen this at summit FMS-M12071C302 Ford: 1986-95, 5.0L EFI, main harness, but cant get a strait answer from them as to my previous question, anyone on here have any input on this harness working specifically on the 89. Thanks in advance.

where you would look to test for engine codes under the hood, there the main computer harness plugs into the dash harness, you either have 1 red plug, or 2 grey ones. I need one with 2 grey plugs. Make a little more sense I guess...

Just for reference, here's a list of all the compatible years:

89 harness should work for 86-89 as long as you're using mass air.
90 harness will only work in a 90. (B/c of air bags and dual dash connectors)
91 through early 92 harnesses should be compatible (single dash connector, fuel pump relay under driver's seat)
Late 92 through 93 harnesses should be compatible (single dash connector, fuel pump relay under the hood)
