making gauges brighter?

whats the best way to make my gauges brigther? i'm satisfied with the stock color, just looking for something brighter. i know that the gauges take regular leds (not sure what size), but anybody know any compatible ones that are brighter than the ones we already have?

The stock cluster uses bulbs, not LED's. To make illumination brighter, wire in some additional bulbs or white led's. The cluster itself has openings on nearly all sides, so sliding in some extra light isn't too difficult.
