I'm pulling the motor on my 01 Roush and am installing a 5.1 stroker kit in addition to my existing mods listed below. What I'm wondering is what are real world numbers and benefits from manifolds, to shorties, to long tubes? Is it worth the hassle to have headers? I eventually would like to upgrade the heads and convert to either a KB or a whipple and expect to push about 15psi. What are your guys thoughts? Throw headers in now, wait or skip em all together? I know long tubes make it a P.I.T.A to do anything underneath and I can't imagine changing gaskets is fun either.
