is there a manual idle adjustment on the stock TB?

Isn't there a screw there that you can adjust? I have a new TB so I can't remember what my stock one had. Why do you want to adjust it? I would leave it alone if the engine idles fine.

it doesn't idle fine, and i read somewhere that you can manually set the idle and unplug the IAC to bypass the computer idle control

according to the sticker under the hood, you cannot adjust the idle on a 4.6L manually. i tried mine, and it didn't make a difference.

i tried adjusting mine while the engine was running with an after market TB and any adjustment i made to the screw didn't do a damn thing. I don't think it is possible.
