I don't want to discourage you but this won't be cheap, at all. I know you just got your car but maybe should have looked a bit more for a 5spd rather than swap it all out? I don't have that much experience with something on this level but it just seems excessive. Do you plan on doing the swap yourself? I don't see a transmission listed.. Do you already have that lined up and waiting to go?

I see it hidden now.

I am going to be doing this very soon. Its been done before, and it is not cheap. Expect to spend at least $1500. My swap is going to cost more like $2500k, although I'll sell the auto kit once I'm done.
I'm buying nice parts as I do the swap. The finished product will be an upgrade over the stock trans setup.

I'm also collecting parts, so we should be able to help each other out...

I got a great deal on a Ford Factory Reman T3650 that has all the TSBs completed (including the expensive one - read the huge 3650 issues thread). It was 950 shipped and looks like new. They have three left but have raised the price 50 bucks.

You have a windsor or romeo?
Heres where I am at relative to your list. I added a couple little things and asked a few questions...
PM AMstanger to get your American Muscle dicount code if you end up buying a load of stuff from them like I did. They are a great company.

shifter - Bought MGW. Also their inner dust boot. $197 shipped.

manual pedal set - Bought a nice 03/04 Cobra pedal box on ebay for ~$150

clutch cable, quadrant, adjuster - Bought cable, quadrant and adjuster for $100 American Muscle

manual shifter bezel - Dont think this is a must. one guy re-used the auto one. Either way its a cheap part.

Leather shift boot - Bought from American Muscle. $50

shifter base insulator - Lower Shift Boot / PLate was about $50 new. ebay.

shifter handle - Ford Racing shift knob from American Muscle. $40 ish
shifter gasket if you dont want to use silicone. $10 at American Muscle

engine separator plate - Whats this???

pilot bearing - Bought Ford. American muscle. $10

clutch kit - Bought RAM HDX from American Muscle. $250

flywheel - Bought Spec Aluminum flywheel. 6 bolt. Open box $250. Looks like a nice piece. Replaceable friction disc.
flywheel bolts - Came with flywheel

pressure plate bolts - I think these came with the flywheel. Has a big bag of hardware.

trans - T3650 Ford factory re-manufactured (all TSBs done) $950 shipped.

trans fluid - Need to re-read that T3650 thread and buy the right fluid. Rave reviews for royal purple...

trans sensors - ?????

shift fork - Ford OEM shift fork kit. $50 bucks new.

x-member if going t56 - Does the stock crossmember work with 4R70w and 3650 then? I dont need to change mine? I think the crossmember for 99+ 4r70w and T3650 are the same. Need to confirm at the Ford parts counter.

manual trans wiring harness - This is where I have to most questions.... whats different about the harnesses? Do we have to replace (~$160) or can the auto harness be modified slightly? Also how is the stock ECU going to react. The other guy that did this swapped his ECU too.

driveshaft - Bought Ford Racing aluminum DS from American Muscle for $300
or can just get a 5spd yoke for your stocker for about 75 bucks. Steeda.

did you buy one from here i hate buying **** of ebay but if someone does first and its not a scam.

Yup. Great experience. Theyve sold a bunch. These are the last of them. Snap it up!!!!! It has ALL the TSBs completed which is crucial when buying a 3650.

Leah is very helpful arranging shipping etc. Ships in a wicked nice crate. Looks brand new.

soo ya this job for me is put on hold :( for all the parrts for me it would be just about 2900 and i was going to have some1 do all the work for 800. thats just a bit to much atm imma buy my rims and tuner then by this dec im going to have a shop do everything for 3500

If you are REALLY wanting a manual, the best thing to do is sell your car now before you get too far into it and find one. You might end up paying a little more for it than you got your last car, but it will have everything done and ready to go for less than the 3500 to swap it all out.
