map/maf

my 87 has a maf conversion and i found my map sensor vacuum hose disconnected, and plugged off on the manifold side...

if im not mistaken, the maf eec still needs the map sensor, right?

codes arent giving me any map sensor errors, but the electrical connector is still connected to the sensor

anybody with some feedback as to what might be going on behind the scenes, id appreciate it. thanks

its cool, thats how it was, the only thing that was plugged was the vacuum line off the manifold, the sensor was free to breathe
