I was wanting to know if anyone has used the ford racing mass air conversion and if it is any good. Thanks!

Why spend all that money move some wires and add a 4 wire harness and you have done the job.

MASS air conversion instructions from http://www.stangnet.com/tech/maf/massairconversion.html FREE
A9L (5 Speed) computer from junkyard $100-$150
A9P (Auto or in a pinch, 5 Speed) computer from junkyard $100-$150
70MM MAF from 94-95 Mustang GT - $40-$70
MASS Air wiring harness kit $30-$85

The whole thing is probably less than $300 using junkyard parts.

A9L computers are 5 speed only
A9P computers are automatic, but will work with a 5 speed.

If you do use the FR conversion kit, it works fine. The MAF meter was a little small, so I eventually upgraded to a larger unit. I don't remember what size it comes with off the top of my head. As the above post stated, the main component is the computer.

Great kit, plug and play..no wiring, and installed in 1/2 hour. Looks exactly like factory, easy install..however factory maf size for 19's only and cost 500$. I was happy with it but needed maf upgrade soon after for my 24 pound injectors. If staying stock maf I DEFINATELY recomend it for it's complete and easy install.
