Mass Backed Carpet over OEM Underlayment

I have the original style underlayment, reference photo attached . Also bought the Dynamat Extreme to go under. Will there be any issues due to thickness if I go with Mass Backed carpet. I installed the DE in my trunk and it goes down tight with a roller, very little thickness.

I did it in the last car I built ,the carpet was a bit baggy I doubled the sound deadener and the carpet actually fit tighter
