RECEIVED OFFER TO BY MY 92 LX CONVERTIBLE

I have received a note offering to buy my 1992 Mustang LX 5.0 convertible (Bimini blue with off-white roof & interior) -- photo attached.

I bought it new in Vancouver, Canada and now drive it in Palm Springs. I am tempted to sell but I don't know how to value it properly, as it's pretty unique with only one owner (me) and still runs fabulously (107K kms = 66K miles). Only issues are (1) driver's side seat slow to move forward-and-back (although I bought original replacement parts for that for future, currently in trunk bc the seat is where I like it) and (2) the bumper (plastic) paint on that side only has melted a bit just this year and must be repainted. Potential buyer says he'll pay what I want, but where can I go to get a proper value to know what to ask? Thanks in advance.

How do you have it insured?
Being in Palm Springs you may be able to get it appraised, if you do let us know what it came out to.
I ask about insurance, Hagarty has evaluation tool that's free for members of their drivers club.
Also a Marti Report is very handy when pricing classics
