max hp on non pi heads?

hey guys im trying to decide if i want to sell my 98 vert(non pI) which is paid off or just build it up. have some questions

How much is the average built shortblock so i can supercharge it?

how much boost is max on a non pi with a built bottom end or is this a waste of time if i dont go to the pi heads.

if u already got the bottom end done then might as well pi swap it cant hurt none just give u more hp! then s/c that bitch!

yeah but think about this. if i put the pi heads on there. that will put the compression way up and that is bad for supercharge.

im trying to decide if its worth build up my block and supercharge it or would it just be easier and much cheaper to slap in a 351w carb in there.

I'd say 340-360rwhp for a supercharged with full bolt on's, full exhaust on a non pi. At 8psi

im willing to spend what it takes. i dont want anything crazy. 350rwhp would be fine. just dont know should i go do a 351swap or would it be cheaper just to build a 351w carb and slap a temec behind it.

the way i figure it would be about 2-3 for a supercharger and not to sure on how much to beef up my bottom.

or build a 400 hp. 351w.

i just want a consisitant low 13 second car
