Some say 150shot but I know people that have/do run nitrous and a few have burnt a piston on the 150shot. I always say 100 just to be on the safe side.

125 is pushing it. 150 is asking for trouble. 100 shot is just right

UPS delivered my NX plate kit today and i too will be spraying a 100. 150 is a bit much on a stock bottom end. if you spray a 150 be sure to get it tune.

I am starting on the 50 shot then moving up to the 100

Thanks 100 should do for a while till I get bored again and spray the piss out of it till something explodes. A 351 would be nice anyway.

150 isnt as dangerous as they say. IF

I had the plate kit and sprayed 150 for a long time.
Get some NGK tr6s
pull 6 degrees of timing
Drive like you have sense and dont be a ricer and spray it everywhere you go. (spray to the grocery store)
go run some 11s!!!

Nitrous express will back me up on stock fuel system and block holding 150.

Burning a piston has nothing to do with the size of the shot and everything to to with the tune / fuel delivery. If it does not have the right A/F ratio on a 50 shot it will burn a piston.

Like I said, it's a gamble. Your one of the lucky ones. There are many other people out there that have had bad luck. It's not worth the risk to me...

In my opinion a 150 shot is pushing it for someone that wants reliability to be at the forefront.

The block can take way more than a 150 shot.

The problem is the piston and rod make-up.

A tune is crucial.
