I was thinking of building a high compression bottom end. I was thinking I could still be safe with 11.5:1 and still run 93 octane. If not I will have to change my combination.
It depends largely on your camshaft and how it relates to the dynamic compression. Most will give you there static compression, but dynamic is the most important when it comes to compression and running 'pump gas'...
