Hey, I have 2003 GT 4r70w. I currently have FRPP C lowering springs. I am not disapointed with these but would maybe want something better. I have heard coilovers are really nice. I was wondering if anyone has tryed the Maximum Motorsports Coilover with Bilstein system? If so what do you think aobut it? THANKS for the help

i'm also thinking of switch out my setup for the MM Bilstein coilover suspension package, front and rear. the recent thread about the noise is kind concerning me.

I had the setup, but there was a noise from the rear which would not go away. I ended up getting regular H&R's and Bilsteins and removing the CO's.

FWIW, when the CO's were removed, there was a patch on the threaded spring perch that was grinded off by the spring.

Between the two, the CO rode nice but wasn't worth the difference in price. For the price of the CO's, I got the H&R's, Bilsteins and the PHB with labor.

Coilovers FTW! I have no noise...and if I did, I would make some lil isolators for the spring purches or something...any "clunking" or popping noises from coilovers come from improper installation, however, not the inherent design of a coilover dampner setup.
