Haven't had suspension put in yet, but my gear installation was around $400 bucks.

I had my gears put in for $240. I have an auto, and I wanted a tuner, so I got a diablosport for about $390. The diablosport does so much more than just the gears, so I don't know weather to include it or not.

My shop did a great job too. I have barely any gear whine at all. The only time I hear it is when I'm going 35mph through town, or when I'm barely touching the gas at 65mph to 70mph. So, basically, I never hear it.

Suspension on my camaro was around $375 I think. That was just labor, and I got Eibach springs. They were around $250 I think? Can't really remember. It seems you can get mustang springs, Ford ones at that, for a whole lot better of a price. I'd think you could get a better deal.

Don't pay any more then $200-$250 for a gear install. Thats pretty much the going rate. As for the Springs, not a hard job at all. The backs are easy, but the Fronts can take some time. JUST BE CAREFUL if you are doing this yourself for the first time. Those springs are under ALOT of tension and can SEVERLY hurt you if they fly out.
