Melbourne area stangs

ill see if i cant figure it out tomorrow! ill just put it in regular drive and just pay attention to the speed im at! shouldnt be too hard, right?

Shouldn't be. Like I said, I need these things: Speed and RPM's in high gear (but NOT overdrive) and your tire size. After that, I can tell you approximately what your highway/cruising speeds will be with lower (numerically higher) gears, 4.11's, 4.56's, etc.

There are two options, well three actually. One, I can just leave the thing on all the time but I do believe I'd be inviting random acts of vandalism from other mustang drivers. Two, I can pull the wing off, but leave the pillars. This is the easiest thing to do, but everybody knows what's supposed to be there and it'll just look plain dumb. Or three, I can figure a way to make a quick release setup to remove the pillars and wing section. That's the one I'm leaning towards right now.

Either way, it's going to be awhile. First is suspension, then brakes. After that, maybe the spoiler, but I think I'll build a 306 with about 18 lbs of boost from a D1-SC :D. I still haven't ruled out the 331 TT, but the 306 SC will be cheaper and more reliable. I would like to get at least 60K-80K miles out of it.

Well, if it's going to wait till after all that other stuff is done, looks like it'll never happen. :D But the quick release...or even a slow release...would be good. Cause I understand needing it for open tracking, but it's going to look really ricey just out driving it around for sure. They might pick you up on radar at Patrick and dispatch some A-10s to destroy it, thinking its a tank or something. :p :D

"Det 23, thank you for your assistance. Turning OALD control back to you. Good day."

Woo-hoo! My car is garage kept! You must have hit someone else 'hood. :D  :p

MKy supervisor doesn't care, but it doesn't matter. No Altezza's! Although I did see a 99+ that had them that actually looked okay (as opposed to looking like @ss).

Really? I thought the one's on the 99+ looked WAY worse than the 98-. But then again, they're both pretty hideous if you ask me.

Hmmm...sunroof and rims don't look too bad. I've always wanted a sunroof on my car, looks pretty cool. Otherwise, the car is...

How about the 2 stage big ass wing?? Or the slammed suspension and I wish I had a back view but I suspect it look really bad from behind. I do not like the body kit either.

besides...opposite a ricer, that wing my actually *gasp* help.

Only if he's out racing it at high speeds, like Baglock will, will justify that wing. Otherwise, it's just stupid, cause he's never going to be driving fast enough or taking corners hard enough (especially a 1mm between the wheels and the wheel well) for it to really help him.

Finally got new struts (cheepo's) and that made a nice difference over the worn out 90/10's I had. Plus I just finished putting my new sway bar on up front. Whadda difference. I hope to be racing with you guys soon down there. I need a change when it comes to racing. Auto-x is perfect! :)
