Over here, I believe you're going to have to use chilled water (intercooler like). With the humidity, the effects of evaporative cooling is diminished. You'll have to look for a direct temperature exchange method.

each series of turbos pushes more air than the other...the IHI pushes the least amount of air...the T4 pushes the most out of the 3 you mentioned...

Now if you talk to the Supra guys you're gonna get into the T66. T72 and some other turbos...they like them cause they can get their cars into the 600-900HP range...but it takes a long time to spin them up.
