Yeah, like said earlier, I wanted more of a mach 1ish look. I don't want to look like every other stang. The stalker hood will have the scoops painted black as well, so it should all work out in the end. I know what I've done so far is kind of a love it/hate it look.

Ok guys...I HAVE to post this one. I laughed a little.... But the main reason I hate car show-off sites is posers like this guy. Read a little. Doesn't sound 'right' does it? Now, look on the left bar, where his Quarter Mile is listed. Tell me what's wrong with that picture.

Dude, those pictures were so huge it took me 45 minutes JUST to resize them... I had pictures of my own to resize also...was using PS last night for over 3 hours trying to resize photos. Your and mine and there were only about 12 of them. I'll do the black Bullitt thing this evening if I get the chance.

Woo hoo!! Just ordered my cervini cobra R bumper and stalker side scoops. But the damn thing is coming in on freight.Prolly be this weekend or next week befor I see the bumper.But I think the side scoops will come in from UPS or FedEx.Hell it only came out to 492 dollars for both things.You get 10% off if you order 2 or more things.

I agree with you Dan, from my experience a 13.1 would be more like 104MPH. A trap of 94MPH might get you a 14.1 in a light car with excellent traction, but I doubt even that.

No, on examining it closer and checking the numbers you would have to run 96MPH pushing only 2800# to get a 14.1 ET, so that guy is full of 5h!t no doubt.

Just as I thought. I wrote to the guy something along the lines of "Looks like you were doing an awesome run, but about 10 feet from the finish, you smashed through a brick wall."

JUST resizing? I use a program called eyebatch that drops my 100 or so pics from my digital to 640x480 and 800x600 for me in about 2 minutes.

So Dan, how much longer you going to be in Texas? I am really wanting to see how your car works out with the new K-member and a TA.

I picked up a few new toys for the Cobra in the last few weeks and will soon have them on the car and ready for testing at the next AX.
