On a somewhat related note...I saw two Bullits race each other there the first time I went. Good Bullit and EVIL Bullit. Actually, I think one did have the True Blue option.

I used to live in Orlando, but i go to school up in tally. I'll be home Dec. 14th till like Jan 3rd or 4th, but that would be cool for everyone to meet in bithlo or somtehing.


i went last night and i couldn't f'n drive worth a sheot, but there were pry like 200+ cars there!

Me and some friends are going next week to "break in" a rental car. My friend may run his CBR600, hope he doesn't get road rash.

Nah, they're not that special. 5.0 Mustang magazine gives them out if your car is featured in their mag, you win one of their caption contests, or you in some other way contribute to their monthly product. I saw a classified ad for a 95 GT that had a 4.6 in it. Hmmm... Looked a little fishy to me so I sent it to them for their "Finish Line" section, which is the humor section on the last page. The best one I've seen recently though, was the ad for a 2000 cobra with a 5.0 in it. Of course, there were no cobras in 2000, and they certainly didn't have a 5.0 in it.

You think that's bad....about a month ago or so, there were cars lined up all the way back to the ticket booth, it was unreal. There were no broken cars all night and I still only got 2 passes. Lately that place has been slammed! Where in Orlando are you staying BTW? I'm in the Oveido are quite often.

Not an offical meet, but me and my friends are on for going to the drag strip Wednesday to "break-in" the rental car. If not, hopefully our friend will have a succesful pass or two on his CBR600.

Don't know yet...but i'll proably scan in the timeslips if its something sweet or something we can make go faster than what it should.

I just found out today that I have an old friend from school who races out in Bithlo. Maybe I should go now to catch up with him. Cool kid, haven't spoken to him in about 2 years.

well a larger gathering won't take place till proably next year, but a few of us sometimes make regular visits to it. I'm going with a friend Wednesday and he will proably be running his rented Corolla, I doubt i'd run my car cause it'd take too long for me to get down the strip(think 20+ second 1/4 mile run).

If you have an extra $10 you can hook 1Bad89Coupe up so he can get in and run his 89 302 Mustang.
