600! This is awesome. Didn't think it would go this far. Nice to see it's still alive, even though it almost died. Can't wait to see all y'all again on Thursday. It'll be great, cause I have 4 tests that day, so its gonna be a good release.

Yes, she was with me but she really wasn't to happy with me doing it. She was white-knuckling the edge of the seat and the door panel saying, "Daniel... Daniel... DANIEL!!!"
I can't say that I really blame her. With my worn out struts and 16" tires pogo-sticking down the 528 I was a little less than comfortable myself. And it really wasn't a race, just a spirited driving session . Considering the fact that they put down more torque and are lighter, there's no way I'd be able to keep up.

I wonder what happened to the AutoX events at TICO airfield...need to find out the story behind that.
ill be there at 530...i dont think we'll get a response out of baglock cus he said he would be away from work for a few days! but im assuming from previous posts that he'll be there!

Wha??? We want you there, man. That way, under normal circumstances, we can have 3 Fox's and 3 SN95s.
Of course, now it seems we might be lucky to get one Fox and one SN95. mfpmax, what about you? Baglock never said he couldn't make it, but who knows.
Good news, y'all. Dad is gonna let me continue AutoXing, and do minor modification. I'm really happy. I was in negotiation with him to let me buy a heavily modded '86 SVO I had my eye on (sorry i had to lie to ya, mfpmax, was trying to keep it a secret...) but he just told me that wasn't going to work. Only deal is if I break it, I have to pay for it. Plus I'm gonna have to buy tires when they wear out...at $190 a piece. 
Oh well, such is the price of excitement.

Good deal on the auto-x situation Erich. So does that mean the Tri-ax is on the way? 
And yes, I will be out at Hooters tomorrow. I'll see you guys then.
And on a side note, the GTS is rev-happy up to 6K again. The new wires, plugs, rotor, and cap really brought the life back to the motor. That #4 plug is a Bi*ch to get to by the way. And I also ordered the new Bilstein front struts . Now I just need the part number for the shocks I need. . And my ranger has been sold... It's a sad day in my life . I loved that truck...

Yeah, but anything that kept me racing would have been a good deal. Still, after I get a job this summer, and continue saving money, still might get that SVO. But for the short term, yeah, I'm gonna order the Tri-Ax either today or tomorrow. I'll let you know when it comes in.
