Dan, when we went the track, that flame that came out of my drivers side exhaust was from detonation from the spark plug. either my fuel filter took a dump or my fuel pump needs to be replaced but anyway, ordered some more performance parts for the cobra. Still no offers on the gt. I need to sell that car

Well, my friend that I've known since kindergarten got his "new" Mustang this evening. It's an '86 LX convertible. White on grey leather, automatic, 3.8L V6. He got it from an elderly couple who had absolutely everything about the car documented. Even had the original 1986 brochure with the SVO's in it. I was very surprised, the car is in perfect shape, paint and everything.
Now ALL of my friends have Mustangs...

On a lighter note, there's a really cute girl who just started last week at Doubles. I talked to her today and turns out she loves Mustangs... so I got her number. She may come to the meet Thursday with me.

Anybody good at photoshop? I am debating whether or not to put on the Saleen S-281 wing on my Stang. I'm not how sure how it would look with my R hood. Anybody able to chop a pic for me so I can get an idea?

dave can do it, hes done alot of my car here is one with rims, s281 wing, and a front bumper that he did a while back

I'll give it a whirl for you. One question: Do you want it with or without the two pieces that come down on the sides?

For those who didn't know exactly where Longdoggers is, it's on A1A and Grosse Point ('bout 3/4 mile north of the 192). Just do a yahoo map search and you should be able to get directions better than I could explain.

I agree, though it still looks great as it sits.
The 'R' hood brings the lines of the front end up and out, and the Mach chin spoiler brings the lower lines forward and out, so I think the S281 or S351 wing would look pretty slick on the back to balance out the over all look of the car.
