And I don't want this to go to the crapper because I enjoy reading this post and keeping up to date with all you guys...even though I don't know a large majority of you. :nice:

Forget what?

On another note, I got to go see The Eagles last night in Orlando. :nice:  They rocked. 3 hour show. Had a great time.

Tonight I a ticket for the 9:15 showing of Matrix. Anyone else game?

Yeah buddy, first song of their encore. They played pretty much all their hits...HC, Desperado, Fast Lane, Take it Easy, etc. A lot of songs I didn't recognize, though. Kinda like Jazz Rock songs that were just a lot of instrumental stuff. Oh, they have a new CD coming out next year, too. :nice:

Wow, I didn't know ZZ Top was still around. they were hot stuff back in.....mmmm I'd rather not say. You must be an old rocker Eric!

There was a song by Nugent I really liked and I can hear the rythym in my head but Ican't remember the name. Somehow "Hangman" or something like that comes to mind. It might have been on the Cat Scratch Fever album, not sure. Gonna go look it up on google.

I can't seem to find which album that song was on. But I did notice and remember that Nugent was once in a band called The Amboy Dukes does anybody remember them? how about the #1 song hit they had back in...well, the dark ages I guess! HAHA

No, Jo, I remember the name now, it was "Stranglehold." Man that was a good song.
Yeah that's a great song.......Thanks man, now it's stuck in my head:jester: You guys are lucky you can't hear me sing..........because, I can't.... :notnice:

EDIT: Stranglehold is originally from his self titled LP released in November 1975.

EDIT2: The Amboy Dukes song I think you are referring to is Journey To The Center Of The Mind. yes?

OKAY! I found the album with "Stranglehold" on it. It was "Ted Nugent from... gasp... 1975! Man I didn't realize the song was that old.
Anyway, The Amboy Dukes big hit was "Journey to the Center of the Mind' from I think around 1968.

edit: damn you beat me to it Kevin!

V8 Miata.... muahahaha..... I dig. Like the V8 focus. Gotta love a sleeper than can infiltrate a pack of rice, look like one of them, then drop the hammer and blow their doors off. As far as that Geo...hey....it's got 80 cubic inches roughly and 72 horsepower...that equals 0.88 hp per cubic inch. That's a better ratio than I've got right now!
