metal coolant line on intake

Is the metal coolant line on the passenger side of the intake that goes to the heater core and water pump reverse thread?

Yes, the bottom part will thread out and remain connected to the top part - remember to use a second wrench when holdint the top part to prevent damaging the line.

so the bottom part is reverse thread? Ive taken it out before I just cant remember

No,not reverse thread.I just swapped mine after having the water tube nipple for the EGR spacer ground off and welded shut.

ok thank you, im gonna need a wrench with more torque, I only have a stubby open end, definatly not working.
