The aluminum trim that frames the window, and sits against the rubber window run channel. Does anybody know if it is made as a replacement?

the little vertical piece at the rear of the drivers' door on mine somehow got dented during paint (pretty bad). Does anybody have an extra they can sell me?

Call me or PM me if you can help.

Mike post a pic of the damaged piece I'm not sure if I'm understanding what you are trying to describe. if in fact its the upper molding that runs on top of the door go with original Ford I think 50resto still has them, fox mustang resto has them and NPD, ebay does also. The repops aren't that great, I had a set and when I compared them to the factory ones I decided to get the NOS ones and gave the repops away. didn't like how they fit and they are cheaply made IMHO.

This is where the piece that I need goes:
(Pay no attention to the mangled up finger....I just can't seem to not "grind myself")

And this is what the piece looks like:

I already have all new belt molding, drip rail, and dew wipes. I don't think this piece is available. ( At least I can't find it anywhere)

Mike, I just looked through some of my left over stuff from my resto project and don't have anything that will help you( I picked up xtra wierd stuff when I could just in case). I doubt you will get it new, never came across that part when I was hunting for NOS parts for my project. going to have to find it used hopefully local or someone on here can help. MPS and prestige will have one but they can be pricey for thier stuff.

I guess that I'll try and fill the dented up P.O.S.
I just wanted to stop having to do bodywork on the stuff I put back on the car.
