I'm running a calibrated MAF from pro m that I bought from a guy along with the turbo kit. Is there any chance that I won't need a tune and can just run it on the calibrated MAf?

ah no.. now I can help you set the tune up for a MAF but no matter what you will always need to do some amount of tuning..
I would need to know how you plan to have it all arranged to give further advice to that end, most [99%] of people choose to tune a turbo build with speed density using a map sensor
