So you 01-02 guys (and older) would be spinning slightly higher RPM's then the 03+ guys

I think you have it backwards. Bc in my 02, in 5th and running about 70 i'm only taching like 1800-2000. So unless i'm just getting the gear ratio all messed up i think i have like a .62 overdrive. Or i have like 2.50 gears haha

4.10s in N/A stang. I have them in my blown stang and hate em.

4.10's all the way... even going from 3.73's to 4.10's the difference was HUGE.

I just got 25.75 mpg on an all highway trip with 4.10s in my 02 GT. First 150 miles was around 2800-2900 rpms doing 80-ish, and when I got into the death happy state of Texas I dropped down to 65-70, doing 2300-2400 rpms the rest of the way. 340 miles on one tank.
