Right now i have 2 chamber flows with the stock h but i want it to be deeper and louder. I was thinking of dr gas x pipe but im sure thats gonna end up being pricey because of all the welding required. I aslo thought about the prochamber but don't want to have to worry about it leaking. The mrt seems good but its like 450+. Is there anything that would sound good with the flows that i won't have to worry about quality issues but also won't cost that much?

A lot of people on here say that the x-pipes from UPR and Mustangtuning.com sound really good with flows. They are supposed to be very similar to the Dr Gas in design and sound.
Just threw my UPR on.

Sounds VERY mean. Loud as hell too.

Still trying to find a way to get video into my computer...looking for the cheapest method possible

Hey guys i just actually got my 2 1/2 40 series 2 chamber flows (mufflers) with the pipe turn down after the muffler on an 04 GT, The guys from the muffler shop told me that it was gonna be really loud and that i shouldnt have it done like that.. when i picked up my car today it didnt sound loud like i was expecting it to be... I mean it sounds way better than stock but i was expecting a really loud rumble.. anyway i was thinking of getting an off road x-pipe to make it louder but my concern is that i heard the fines can be really expensive and that it may even get my car to the impound. My question is that does anybody here have an off road x-pipe with 40 series mufflers?? if you do, how deep is it or how loud is it??

I couldn't tell you how the UPR and mustangtuning.com X-pipes sound with the flows I've heard people say it sounds good. Stay away from the maganflow X-pipes they sound like crap. If you want deep I would say go with the MAC O/R H-pipe. I've got 2 chamber flowmasters and the MAC O/R H-pipe and it sounds MEAN! The MAC O/R H-pipe also only costs like $150 and there is no welding or anything like that required.
