Ok ive searched and i see that i need to get a copper gasket for teh passenger side exhaust manifold but some people say replace bolts and nuts others dont. What bolts should i replace and how much are they gonna cost. Also how hard is it going to be to replace manifold bolts since you cant get your hand up in there. Thanks

You only need to replace them if you strip them or break them. NAPA or Autozone have the stud kits for relatively cheap, too.

Also, what year is this on?

You didn't get new bolts for the MP/CB connection?

probably, since the new bolts sometimes accomodate for any changes, if any to the new midpipe and since don't want to use those rusted parts anymore. it would help a lot if we knew what midpipe you got.

u will need a stud remover to get those studs out (not bolts). it will be easier to get to with the starter out. thats what i did... it is really hard to get those aftermarket mid pipes not to leak at the pass side where that gasket goes, im still having problems with mine leaking there and i have reinstalled it like 6 times. im just about to go back to the stock midpipe, its pissing me off. good luck.
