Mileage/Trip Odometer not Working.

Hey everyone..been away for awhile...Posted an update in the talk section.

Anyway, with what I put in the title, is the speed-o gear and/or worm the ONLY thing that would cause this? Everything else on the cluster is working. Wouldnt be something else somewhere else?

I just ordered the gears..should be here Wed or Thurs. Just wanted to post his now in case I swap it and it still doesnt work.

I have the link for the replacement.

Any caveats or bits of info to "keep in mind" while doing this?

I think there is a thread on how to do this job. It is possible that something else is broken, but 99% of the time, it's the gear.

I have the thread, and im fairly confident I can do the swap pretty easily. Just wanted to see if it could "possibly" be anything else.

Refer to above post...Fixed it today...the gears were "chomped"
