According to the logger in BinaryEditor, I've been getting 18.5-18.1 every day on the way to work (not a lot of traffic) and around 15 on the way home (helluva lot of traffic).
I'm getting 14.5mpg in the city and 19.0mpg on the highway (80-85mph) so I can go anywhere between 200 and 260 miles between fill-ups (with 2 gallons left in the tank).
I don't think you should worry about your stock fuel pump. With all your mods it's pretty close to the limit and if you do a head swap, an upgraded fuel pump and bigger injectors (with MAF calibration) will be on the cards anyway.
I do mostly town driving, and my car is good for about 12-13MPG if I have mostly town driving on a tank. I usually end up filling up after about 150 miles.
If I get a tank that has a lot of highway miles on it, I get about 18MPG.
I could get better in town milage, but my darn right foot is sooo heavy. I can only got for short periods of time before I need to press the go pedal all the way down.
15-16 mpg in town, squeezed 22 out on the highway on the last trip I took and used a full tank for all highway. That included a couple high rev passes, and maybe one or two high speed open straights...
18-19mpg 299 miles once 250-270 miles average city and 28 mpg, 420 miles solid on highway *with a/c or without, windows up, or down at 75-80mph* Hoping that after the high flow catted h-pipe and headers i will be able to hit 30!
I get around 22-23mpg on the interstate cruising at 75-80mph. In town though I only get around 13-16mpg because I give it plenty of throttle. My Explorer only gets 17-18mpg in town...haha
I see 19 to 20 around town and a solid 30 on the road at 70MPH to 80MPH. I have stock gears in an auto (2.83) so I'm sure when I go to 3.55 or 3.73 both will head south.
I get what Bullet 95 gets...but its usually around 14-16 on the highway too cuz I have frequent blasts to the far reaches of the speedo. There was one week where my car saw 100+ mph everyday.
