Yes it is a car seat ...my 2yr old son didn't want to go home in the taurus...
front facing fits fine full latch and teather system ..the rear facing infant seats may make the front seat have to be pulled foward alot. I'll see for sure in July when I need it again.

I will admit that the latches are deep in the seat and were a pain that first night in the dark ..without ever having installed one in that car before. But Yesterday..in daylight it was no problem.




Mr dcj2001----- Thanks man...actually the salesman called me first thing in the morning..and said they needed to do a 16 point ford inspection...I said fine ...then park it out of the way and don't touch it ...I'll pick it up after work. When I got there ...all plastic inside and out was still in place ..still truck dirty...all factory stickers in place and the transport workorder in the floor... no dealer emblems on it and 4 miles on the odometer. ...PERFECT

Thanks ...The hood is going to be made in fiberglass by ABC Exclusive Auto Parts .

I contacted them a month ago and asked for the hood to be made and they said they would start in January on the 05 hoods including the shelby I want.
