I have new plugs and wires with small missfire. What else could cause me to misfire ? Coilpacks have 100k miles on them. Could it be fuel injector or something fuel related ? Any help will be appreciated.

what kind of plugs did you use? did you use antiseize and torque them? did you recheck the torque?

You mean the gap ? There suppost to be gapped from the factory. I used ford plugs the platinum ones. I check the gap on one of them it was 52. I had a hard time getting them out so i havent checked the other ones yet.

I forgot to mention everything ran cool til i 175 miles.

then dont work on your car. a torque wrench is essential when working on your car. i have 5 torque wrenches personally, and i know some techs that have about 15, all different kinds.

very few people i know can work without a torque wrench, but theyve been doign it forever and know what their strength is. but they also use a torque wrench on almost everything.

Someone with more knowledge will have to chime in on the fuel requirements for the cobra swap as ti does have 2 more valves per cylinder ...but does it do it at WOT? if it does it is most likely not a sensor as most sensors are ignored at WOT ..

Well i noticed that it would do it if i was low on gas. I filled her up half way and she seems fine now.

My GT radiator didnt have the fix. Could it be possible that it got hot and makes it mess up ?

not sure wich fix you are talking about in terms of the radiator...but it sounds liek your pump is really having trouble keeping gas to the motor...I never let mine get below a quater of a tank if I dont half to jsut becuase I have always heard its good to keep the pump submerged?
