missfire but at very weird times

im having this weird missfire problem. its weird because its seems very random.
when the engine is cold, the car fires up, no problems. doesnt matter what temp it is outside cause i work eary and i work late and if the engine is cold, i can start it up and have no problems. its when the engine is warm and i try to start it, i have tons of missfire, but not always. today for example. i went to 2 lawnmower shops, the reptile place and the post office in one trip. i got home from school about 30 minutes before i left again to do my running around. i get in, start it and its bucking and missfiring. after about 1-1.5 minutes of putting down the street at about 10 mph, the car wakes up and is fine untill i get to the first lawnmower shop. i go in, and about 5 minutes later come out. start the car and same missfire for about 1.5 minutes. same thing after leaving the post office (was in there about 10 minutes), same thing after leaving the reptile place but again, after 1.5 minutes or so, it runs perfect. then i stop at the second lawnmower shop. few minutes in there and i come back out. fire the car up and it sounds perfect and drove perfect the hole way home. i had no problems with it when i started it this moring to go to school. it sat in the parking lot at school for about 5 hours and when i cam out, it was fine. it doesnt always do this but when it does, its always after the car is warm, and the engine has been shut off for a few minutes.
when i do wide band o2 testing and fp adjusting i start it and shut it down multilple times broken up with a few short drives and i never have problems because the engine never fully warms up.
for iginition i have autolites, msd wires, msd 6al, and blaster 2 coil. the plugs are new and look pefect. the cap and rotor are new. for cooling i have a new water pump and radiator and a 180* mr gasket stat.
when it does missfire, after 1-1.5 minutes it runs perfect as if nothing ever happened. i have no idea what to check. tps maybe? what else?
