Missing Coolant Head Temp Sensor

Okay first off I bought this car 2003 Ford Mustang off of this guy and ran the scanner on it and it come up coolant head temperature sensor well the car runs fine and then once you drive it for about 10 minutes it wants to spit and sputter act like it's shutting off not taking no gas you hold it to the floor and run right cut out run right kind of run right cut out well I got to look in it and there was no coolant head temperature sensor in the back of the head like everyone said so I got a new one found the plug in that goes to it made sure that worked at plugged in put the sensor and reset the computer took it for a drive and it still acts like that I have replaced the coolant sensor is there anything or anyone can help me do

You will get better help if you also post the full DTC codes. There are 1000's and they each have a story to tell.

If looking for an educated guess there's a wiring fault to the CHT. Look for bent/pushed pins. Check for physical faults along the harness.
