Mod Write Up On The Envoy Fog Lights

I got a 98gt and I'm converting the front end to a cobra and I want to do the envoy fog lights I know there are some super old post on here how to do that but some are not too specific on the metal cutting and measurements and what not. I got GT brackets right now so it would have to be going the metal route and not modify a cobra bracket. any help with pics would be huge. thanks.

Just trying to figure out how long the bracket should be and if u guys just bolted it into where the stock back holes were gt or cobra. I'm pretty sure both brackets use the same holes. I don't think the holes are different on the bumper bar.
