Model Years Receiving Revisions By Ford

Would be very interested to receive any input as to what year mustangs received revisions to certain issues that were fairly common. Like for instance, from what I have gathered, the 2004 (and possibly 2003??) mustangs received additional threads in the cylinder heads for the blowout problem. And anything after 2000 received a revision for the intake manifold cracking issue. I also believe that Ford revised the timing chain tensioner after 2002. I would really appreciate hearing of any other issue related revisions/upgrades and their specific years implemented if anyone knows. Thanks.
