moisture in tail light...

I noticed yesterday that I have moisture build up inside of my driver side tail light. I guess that means there is a hole somewhere in the seal? How can I get the moisture out and fix this problem?

Anyone else experience this?

Even all the different aftermarket lights I have put on, some I siliconed and some I used stock, either way its always the driverside that leaks. Used APC, IPW, and forgot the name of the last brand. I'm switching back to stock lights

I think my passenger side fogs up if i remember correctly. I drilled a few small holes in it(the back part) but its still fogs up sometimes.
