when my car is idling it puts out what seems like alot of moisture, it leaves the driveway wet and it puts out a little smoke that looks like the smoke when your car is running and its cold outside. I can put my hand under the exhaust and it puts moisture on it and the motor has just been rebuilt. what do you guys think.

You need to worry about it IF it doesn't stop putting out steam. You would be surprised at how much condensation can collect in your exhaust. My car makes about a 10 inch circle completely we at both pipes and doesn't use any coolant. Just normal condensation. unless you are having other problems, I wouldn't worry about it.
