What are your plans for the car? If you want to race it on the track, you may want to upgrade the whole suspension. If you are only going to drive it on the street, then stock replacement parts are fine.

I'd go MOOG everytime no matter the use or McQuay Norris, you have no idea who makes the other two. I had GAT suspension parts that rubbed after install due to shifting of bushings (LCA). Got MOOG replacements, metal was thicker/beefier.

Moog, it does no good to upgrade the tie rods with an otherwise stock suspension and like everyone said unless you are track racing on the weekends it is pointless.

I have recently spent $$ on moog lower control arms from VA mustang hoping I buy a OE-like quality. It was just far from it (=junk), thin metal, non-oval shapes and other details. Their tie rods quality won't be any different. From now on I would go with refurbished OE or NOS suspension.
