Damn.... I LOVE **** like this. I mean... for all the pissing and moaning I have to do about signature sizes, sales posts, blah blah blah and etc.. It's stuff like this the attitudes of folks towards other Stangers that's kept me here and make me want to do this job.

im gonna keep my coupe and try and get it fixed one day. but rght now im just gonna swap drivetrains and make my car look like daggars.

im going to go to the pic and pull and hack the front end off of a 4 banger lx and use it for coupe fix parts.

i will get vert pics tommorrow. i think josh is gonna transplant all of his stuff into his 86 GT

yeah, all my interior is in the back of the blazer now, got all but the dash and the carpet lol, but ive started working on the frame cleaning and everything for the 86gt, its got some rust but not that bad, im going to have to take the upper frame rails off and cut all of the rot out and make some patch panels, then weld in, grind and then im good as gold!!! need some inner fender skirts as well, I have to drill those out, weld the new in and, then fix the 1/4 panel, sand it down in some spots, re-wire it with the convertible harnesses, luckily the 85-86 harness for the lights plugs up fine to the newer units, or i would have to swap front ends....

oh its time for the welder again lol

I wouldn't swap anything from that car.....FIX IT!! A 2.3L notch/hatch I don't care what it is, will NOT have the body and paint job that your car has. Say you transfer everything from the car, Ok fine it runs, but the car now needs $$$$ dollar paint job like your car has. Just paint the fenders forward, blend the doors if you have to.

I think if he was to wax and maybe claybar the 4eyed it would look good! Dude i have a really nice 92 coupe 4banger that i would trade to you for that 4eyed, plus i would offer to take you up there to pick it up if i were closer! I've been reading about the two of you guy's and what a terrible lost. I would also try to help out the other guy if i were closer. Good luck and keep us potsted on both of your progess! peace

BK what all do you need bro? Are all of the accessories (h2o pump, alternator, etc...) screwed? Motor mounts? Fan? Oil pan?

I'm sure there is enough scrap parts on this site to build 10 cars.

my alternator bracket, ac bracket and belt tensioner all got ruined. and my e fan is obviously smashed. if anyone has any breckets let me know because im going to need them. thanks for the support everyone.

BK_CAULEY, if you would like to fix your notch, and not to far a way, I might can get it in the shop and on the frame rack for free, (I have just seen the pics, and looks like it can be fix)

I have a hood you can have.

Thats a damn shame those cars got messed up. From what I can see in the pictures you've posted they were both pretty nice. Good luck gettin it all back together.
