motor from a 94 t-bird

I can get a motor out of a 94 t-bird pretty cheap,and it is still in the car with 92k on clock. keeping in mind that my existing motor is pretty much shot,and I am kinda on a budget,would that motor be a direct bolt in for my 96 gt.
I wouldny be opposed to swapping in PI heads as well.

The modular block was changed in 96. The 96+ block is stronger and does use different piston/rod combinations.

So expect it to be "different". Not sure if those differences will be a problem.

OBTW, have you looked at Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market to compare prices?

yes I have looked there,but I would prefer to buy a motor from a private individual as opposed to a salvage yard.

Yo would want to, the heads on that year sucked majorly.
