Motor mount height

I have the "taller" Prothane motor mounts on my car and need to drop the engine down about .5-1" for hood clearance. I was just planning on picking up a set of the energy suspension units, but then I notidiced the PS hardline running to the rack is less than .25" from the oil pan as is, if I drop the engine any farther I envision having issues.

anyone else have this problem?

what have they done to fix it?

Any other options?

Offset rack bushings may solve your problem....

why do all that work of dropping the motor down???? sounds like a perfect excuse to by a new hood !!!! with maybe a cowl hight of 4" ....LOL thats how i would solve it anyway!!!
