Motor Mount Suggestions?

Is there a good type of replacement motor mount for the factories? Is there any benifit to aftermarket as apposed to just a auto parts store motor mount?

Recommendations?

I am buildling the motor, it will be going back in late this month and my factory one has a chunk missing, I guess I / previous owner beat on the car a little too much?

Anyway... help is appreciated!

I put in some Poly mounts when I had my old car (2002 Z24) they made the car vibrate a little but it was obviouse that they transfered the lost tq to the wheels!!
