Motor Mounts

Anybody know of a way to lower the engine in the engine compartment? I lowered my shock towers 2 in and now i realize i might need more room for the engine.

I dont know if this helps but when i installed my new 331 it sagged pretty low and i put in solid motor mounts, it cleared fine ( from my K memeber ) but my car rumbles around an shakes, I like it !! But driving on the freeway you get a lot of vibration..

I hate motor mounts they are horrible to pu it and its probabbly better to put them in while the engine is out. Try loosining them from the bottom of the k member and use an engine hoist to move it . It might let the motor to slide down or it might not. You might need a bigger hood.
