Hi, i've done a few v8 fox swaps and I can't ever recall having a problem. My question is, are you not able to use later motor mounts on early (1979) k members? I have two sets of mounts, i'd say 85ish and niether set wants to work for me, the studs don't set out far enough to drop in...do I have to have the big chunky early mounts? I can't spring for poly right now. Can I just rat tail the frame towers? One set of mounts were on the car so I didnt think nothing of it. Thanks Nate
