Hey guys.
Well, as i'm still trying to solve my hot start/stalling issue (on my 66). I noticed that the previous owner wired the pertronix coil to stock ignition wire. So now i've wired it to 12 v on the ignition key.
However, i did pick up a new per. coil. But mines mounted vertically. I just noticed on muscle car (on hptv) that Lou mentioned something about mounting it horizantally to allow the oil to keep the coil cooler.
Any thoughts? How is it positioned from the facotry on a 289?
Thanks.
Nate
