mounting msd box

just picked up a 6a msd box. had them on other cars and went to install it and looked under the hood and there is no where that i can think of to mount the damn thing. anyone got any suggestions or pics of where u mounted ur msd. lemme know thanks

Welcome to the boards!

A lot of folks mount theirs on the driver firewall near the brake booster. Were it me, I would want to put the box in the interior (behind the dash or under the pass seat).

Put mt under the passenger side seat. Put some washers under it and its fine. but if you drill holes doublecheck te other side we almost took out some lines under there. Jay

i put my battery in the trunk so i mounted it where the battery was.

you can put in on top of the windshield washer fluid reservoir. someone posted a thread w/ pics on corral, easy install. thats where i'm putting mine.

get the wiring harness and you just plug the wires right in
