Well despite my broken leg i worked on the stang a little last night

I got the gas tank and my trunk floor i made out...Finished pulling the nitrous electrical out, and got the engine bay wire all ready to get pulled out

But heres my problem im having... Im working in the driveway in the back of my house...let me try and draw an example...

But in order to allow my dad to take his motorcucle out of the garage every day (yes...im working on the car outside ) i have to keep the car to the right of the driveway which leaves me little room on the passenger side to work...now im HOPING i dont have much metal work to do on the right....but iknow the door needs work, and the fender does too on that side...

And im TORN as to how im going to get the car up on jack stands to start doing the body work...Is there any way i can support the car on all 6 stands...but still wheel the car around and have it WELL supported so i dont twist anything?

they make those car dollies that you can put your jackstands one if you need to. if you feel industrious you can probably make your own with some angle iron and some heavy duty casters. probably do some kind of floor in the dollies too out of think sheetmetal

6 stands? As far as the twisting of anything, it depends on how level and smooth your driveway is. I'd look into a water level for getting your chassis level.

Ive heard of using 6

2 in the rear...2 in the middle and two up front...

Also its on a flat driveway but i will definitly use the level to check it...

My dad IS NOT a car guy

"my garage is for my bike"......

Even if i heavily cleaned the garage out, its a small one car garage and i would probably have more room to work outside...

Yah it kinda sucks but at least all of my tools and **** are in there..

if it was MY house... iwould just clear EVERYTHING out...and put the car in there lol

But my dad would have a stroke if i moved his weight bench, or his couch, or his bike, or the washer/dryer lol or his punching bag lol

And i allways thought garages were for cars hahaha
