Is there a bushing or bearing in the steering column that can be replaced. I can litterally move my steering wheel up/down - right/left, it feels like it is worn out and I'd like to get rid of that movement.

take the column trim off and check to see if all the bolts for the ignition module and everything (all the metal stuff) are tight...my old t top car had a lot of steering wheel movement like that and it turned out to be that.

And when you put it back together use Loctite. That took care of the same problem I had on my truck.

if you need to, there is a bearing you can replace. it is behind the steering wheel and airbag clockspring (if equipped). it cost me about $12.
