Moving fom Phoenix to Wichita

Well I have accepted a new position with the company I work for and will be moving from Phoenix to Wichita, KS. Being that I will be completely new to the area I have a few questions about it. If any one is living there (or near buy) and knows any good references I am all ears....

Here are a few questions on my mind:

Are there any good performance shops that can be trusted to purchase from and possibly have mod installs done?

If I need warranty work done what is the best dealer to go through? Or stay away from.

Who might I go through for window tinting?

Who is a good body shop to trust for the install of a ducktail spoiler?

I have a short time to get things ready in Phoenix before I leave (4/19/05)
I will be in Wichita so any advanced info would be a great help!

Can't help you with your questions about Wichita but your sig got me curious. Who did your Street Scenes mods? I've yet to find an east valley performance shop that I really have a lot of trust in.

go through Street Beat customs, they're a distributer for Street Scene, ask to speak with John, tell him Kevin recomended you. they have done a few kits.... I'll PM you with some things to consider about that kit later tonight when I get home....

I live in Derby, a suburb of Wichita, and i always bring my cars to Rusty Eck Ford on Rock Road and Kellogg. They are one of the largest, probably the largest, dealerships in Kansas and they have amazing mechanics there. They are remodeling now but if you go into their old showroom you'll see the Ford GT sittin there looking GOREGOUS!

thanks!, I'll be in town some where near 4/23-24 to start looking for a house. I have a good idea where the dealership is (I stayed at the Inn @ tallgrass a few weeks ago) how do you like derby it's been mention as an good place. I'll be looking for a place with a good sized lot prefer a few acres....
if it's ok maybe we could exchange e-mails...

thanks for the laugh, one of my must haves is a house with a garage and basement, if you are serious about coming out here be ready to shell out some big bucks as houses are being sold to the highest bidder a freind listed at 200k and sold at 235k (1500 sq ft) after 2 days on the market....
